What size events do you manage?
Most of our events range from 500 to 10,000+ attendees. GoGather has planned hundreds of corporate events since 2008. Past programs include multi-day franchise conventions for thousands of owners and a three-day user conference for over 1,000 attendees.
How much do GoGather's services cost?
GoGather charges one flat management fee that covers all planning services. You'll know your costs upfront, with no hidden markups. Onsite rates are billed separately from the management fee. Can you manage multiple events for my team?
Yes. Many clients bring us their conferences, kickoffs, and incentive trips. You keep the same dedicated event manager across every program, so you never have to re-explain your brand, stakeholders, or goals.

Do you offer services like weddings or birthday parties?
No. GoGather plans corporate events only. We don't plan weddings, birthday parties, other social events, or fully virtual events.
What kinds of technology do you use?
GoGather is tool-agnostic. We recommend what fits your event and manage it for you. Common examples include:
- Airtable and Smartsheet: Shared dashboards show your budget, timeline, approvals, and status in real time, at no extra cost to you.
- Registration platforms: We've worked with most registration systems on the market. We'll help you pick one and decide whether to license it directly or through GoGather.
- Event apps: We recommend the right app and manage it throughout planning.
What kinds of vendors do you work with?
GoGather's affiliate program connects you with vetted specialists in production, A/V, décor, entertainment, and travel. We build a vendor team that fits your goals, scale, and budget, and we manage every vendor for you. Have preferred partners? We're happy to work with them.
Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every client gets one dedicated event manager who owns strategy, communication, and onsite execution. You have one point of contact from kickoff to wrap. Larger programs get additional project managers for support.
How many people will work on my event?
Staffing depends on your event size, budget, and in-house team. GoGather's remote-first model lets us build a team around each project, with onsite support anywhere in the world. We'll set the right onsite headcount with you during planning.
