What size events do you manage? We have managed hundreds of events over our 14 year company history. Typical corporate event sizes range from 1,000 to 2,500 attendees.

Do you offer services like weddings or birthday parties? No, GoGather does not offer small-scale event services like wedding or birthday parties. We offer services to corporate clients only.
What kinds of technology do you use?

GoGather is agnostic when it comes to technology and tools. Once we understand your needs, we can both recommend the best tools and manage the technology to support your vision.

Some key examples include:

  • SmartSheet: GoGather uses SmartSheet for completely transparent planning and updates that clients can access 24/7. There is no cost to the client.
  • Registration Systems: GoGather has used just about every registration system in the market. We can guide your team to the best solution for your event and decide if it makes sense to license directly or through GoGather.
  • Apps: Likewise, we have worked with many app solutions and are happy to lend recommendations and manage the app throughout the process.
What kinds of vendors do you work with? Depending on the need, we would work with you to bring in and manage the best specialty vendors to support your vision. Examples include A/V, Video Production, and Entertainment. We have an extensive network of trusted vendors and are also happy to work with any preferred partners.
Will I have a dedicated account manager? Yes, every one of our clients receives a dedicated account manager and, depending on the size of your event, additional project managers to facilitate your event. Your account manager is both the planner and onsite lead, so you can be sure your event is in the best hands.
How many people will work on my event? The number of GoGather staff provided for your event will depend on your event size, budget needs, and in-house staff numbers. We will work closely with you during the planning process to identify the proper number of staff to be onsite at your event.
