From your corporate parties to your strategic meetings, our team can provide hourly logistics coordination to help you make this event better than ever.

ARE OUR MEETING SERVICES THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?

Budget If your budget is less than or close to $100,000 then our Meeting Services pricing has been tailored to fit your needs.  
Attendee Count Our Meeting Services are best for meetings ranging from 50 to 200 people, but we can help with events up to 1,000 people.  
Timeline Our hourly rates are best for programs occurring within one to six months from the time we begin working together.

Every project begins with program design. This is an introductory service to help us understand your program and get you on the right path for your event. You will be able to leverage the budget, timeline, and agenda documents provided in this session.

 

*This step is required before beginning any logistics coordination and is billed as a flat fee.

LOGISTICS COORDINATION

$150/hour
10 Hours per Month Minimum*
Venue Sourcing & Contracting
Food & Beverage Management
Vendor Sourcing
Basic Logistics Management
Expo Management

Logistics coordination will support you with the basics of your event, from venue selection to coordination of food and beverage. Once we determine the scope of the project with you in the Program Design phase, we will recommend the required hours to complete the project.

*This is based on a 6-month work-period. Events that are sooner than 6 months may require higher monthly minimums.

Sometimes you want to take your event a step further with elevated support that helps you make your attendees feel like VIPs. Our additional services are offered on a per-hour basis on top of the Logistics Coordination support.

*Hours used in the Additional Services section can be used to meet the minimum hourly requirement for Logistics Coordination.
