If your budget is less than or close to $100,000 then our Meeting Services are likely the best fit for your program.

  
50 - 200 Attendees

Our Meeting Services are best for meetings ranging from 50 to 200 people, but we can help with events up to 1,000 people.

  
1 - 6 Months to Plan Our Meetings Services are best for programs occurring within one to six months from the time we begin working together.

HOW OUR MEETINGS SERVICES WORK

Strategy
First, we host a meeting with you to discover your event needs, budget, and timeline. This will be critical to understand how much support you need.

Services
Next, you will determine which services you need from GoGather for your event. These services will be managed on an hourly-basis.

Logistics
The GoGather team will work with you to set up and complete all logistics required for your event, from picking a venue to onsite support.

Event
Once all the planning is complete, you will be able to sit back and enjoy your event knowing every step has been taken care of.
