This 3-day conference was the brand’s first large-scale franchise event since 2019. With over 500 attendees flying in from across the country, the goal was to reconnect, recognize top performers, and reinvest in the franchise community.

Franchisees were taking time away from their businesses. The event had to offer real value and energy.

We tapped into their competitive spirit. Our team proposed a comprehensive gamification plan, where points were earned in the months leading up to the conference through training sessions, sales benchmarks, and other challenges.
The top four franchisees were invited to compete live on stage in a game show-style experience that became the talk of the event. Together with the client, we developed the game format, scoring structure, and experience to build buzz before, during, and after the conference.

Challenge:
The brand wanted top-tier production for both the game show and the awards night.

Partnering with our A/V affiliate, Gravity Productions, we designed a flexible stage setup that could seamlessly transition between segments. We conducted multiple pre-event production calls, collaborated closely with the MC, and created a visually dynamic experience with layered lighting and screen design.
